What is your return policy?
Return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 7 days of the order delivery date and you will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 7 days of the order delivery date confirmed by your tracking number cannot be refunded.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, swim suits, personalized items, intimate apparel, sanitary goods. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
How do I return something?
1. Contact us by email at email@example.com provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will be emailed within a reasonable time.
3. Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to shipping address which will be provided with your order: All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC, 28273.
4. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label.
5. We will email you when your return is processed.
6. Once your return is processed, please allow 24-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back onto your payment method.
Please note: Big Goat is not responsible for any return fees, or returns that are lost or stolen while in transit. You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How do I cancel an order?
1. Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
2. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
